The purpose of the Chicanx Latinx Staff and Faculty Association (CLSFA) is to advocate for and support opportunities for Latin* students, faculty, and staff at Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV. The goals of CLSFA include:

• Increase access, retention, and graduation rates of Latin* Students
• Provide opportunities for Latin* students to engage in community
• Advocate for and support the recruitment, retention, promotion, and tenure of greater numbers of Latin* faculty and staff
• Work with University administration to increase opportunities for faculty and staff to advance to administrative and policy-making positions
• Work with academic departments to reflect the Latin* experience throughout the curriculum
• Improve its linkages with and service to the Latin* community
