Affordable Housing Grant for 1st Years
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
The Affordable Housing Grant for first-time freshman students offers up to $1,000 in Housing credit. Awards are granted on a first‑come, first‑awarded basis to eligible first-year students with a completed Housing Contract, until all available funds have been fully allocated. To be considered, students must qualify for Pell Eligibility or a CAL Grant A or B award, have a completed Housing Contract for 2026–2027, stay enrolled full-time, and live on campus for the full license period.
